RETURN POLICY
INTRODUCTION
At TheSlimwears.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return Policy explains when and how you can request a return or refund, along with the necessary conditions and procedures. Please review this policy carefully before initiating a return.
REFUND AND RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product, provided the following conditions are met:
a. The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in its original condition.
b. The product has not been stretched, worn, washed, or shows any signs of use.
c. All tags are intact and not removed or damaged.
d. Any gifts received with the product are returned together.
e. Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.
f. Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
In addition to the above, you may be eligible for a full refund for uncollected products under the following circumstances:
a. We have informed you about an error in the price or description of the product you ordered, and you do not wish to proceed.
b. There is a risk that the supply of the products will be significantly delayed or unavailable due to events outside our control.
c. We have suspended the supply of the products for technical reasons, or notified you that we are going to suspend them for technical reasons, and in either case, the products are unavailable.
d. You have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong.
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS
Due to the unique nature of our shapewear products, the following items are ineligible for return:
a. Products that have been stretched, worn, washed, or show signs of use.
b. Products with missing, removed, or damaged tags.
c. Products not in their original packaging and condition.
d. Items marked as “final sale.”
e. Returns requested after the 30-day window.
RETURN PROCESS
To exercise your right to return, you must:

Contact us at customercare@theslimwears.com within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the return request.
Ensure Proper Packing
a. Include all items, along with any gifts received with the product, in their original condition and packaging.
b. Caution: Do not accidentally include non-Slimwear items in your return package. We will not be responsible for returning such items to you.
Ship the Package
a. Use the return label provided. The return label will be sent to you via email after you have submitted your return request, and the condition of the products has been verified.
b. Ship your return using the method outlined by our customer service team. Retain the shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
c. Important: Do not send your return to the sender's address on your package, as this is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Return Condition Verification
Upon receipt of the package, we will inspect the returned items to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. Refunds will only be issued for eligible items.
REFUND DETAILS
a. Refunds will only be processed for eligible returns that pass the inspection process.
b. Refunds will be issued in United States Dollars (US$) using the original payment method.
c. Returns by mail are subject to a US$6 return processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
d. The original shipping fee of US$10 is non-refundable.
e. We will process refunds within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not process direct exchanges currently. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:
Return Your Original Item
Initiate a return for your original item following our return process. Once the return is processed and refunded, you may proceed with your new purchase.
Place a New Order
Submit a new order for the desired item.
This ensures a quicker and more efficient process for you to receive the correct product.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Lost or Damaged Returns
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns without proof of shipping and tracking.
